50 Exercise cards are divided into four color-coded categories: Upper Body, Middle Body, Lower Body, and Full Body.
Each card gives a suggested number of repetitions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users.
There are several Wild Cards in the deck that will throw an interesting twist into your workout when selected.
Information Cards
