1. What are the shipping rates?
We ship our
products with domestic destinations through the United States Postal Service.
There are three shipping options -- Ground (7-10 days); Priority Mail (2-3
days); Express Mail (1-2 days). Shipping & Handling for one FitDeck will cost
$3.95, $5.95, or $17.95, respectively. Shipping & Handling for a FitDeck/DVD
bundle will cost $4.95, $5.95, or $17.95 respectively. Additional products
shipped may increase the shipping costs marginally. Feel free to contact us on
shipping rates for larger orders.
International shipments are mailed Global Priority for $11.95 (10-15 days).
The cost is the same for a FitDeck or a FitDeck/DVD bundle. Additional
products included may increase shipping costs marginally.
2. What are the
payment options?
We accept
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
You may also send a check payable to "FitDeck, Inc." to 7081
Weller Street, San Diego, CA 92122. We will promptly mail your
shipment upon receipt of check.
To obtain a copy of receipt/invoice, please print the receipt/invoice
displayed immediately after submitting your order. If you need an additional
copy of your receipt/invoice, please contact us at info@fitdeck.com.
3. What is your
privacy policy?
We are fully
committed to protecting your privacy. We do not distribute your personal
information to outside parties. If you do not wish to receive any emails or
upcoming FitDeck product notices, reply to any message we send to you with
REMOVE in the subject.
